Frequently asked questions

All-in-one insurance cover (provided by Basler) includes:

  • Roadside assitance in case of breakdowns
  • 3rd party liability insurance
  • Full-casco insurance

When subscribing to an All-in-one pack, you will receive an All-in-one customer card in the mail.

When you visit one of our partners – to change your tyres, perform a routine service, etc. – simply present your All-in-one customer card to receive all the services included in your subscription at no extra cost. Invoices will be sent to us directly for payment to the service provider.

Vehicle tax is the only exception. The vehicle registration office for your canton of registration will mail the vehicle tax invoice to your address, since we can't receive it on your behalf. Once you receive it, please submit the document to us in “My Services” by clicking on the “submit tax bill” button, and completing the form. We will pay the invoice on your behalf. However, if you have already paid the invoice, we will reimburse you the amount paid.

Service and maintenance must be done according to the manufacturer's service interval and guidelines. You should get a notification on your car's information system when a next service is due. When in doubt, contact us and we will help you out.

You must do maintenance and service your car at an official service location of the car brand you're driving (e.g. if your car is an Audi, you can only service your car in official Audi service locations).

You can also contact us and we'll find a garage close to you.

You can change and store your tyres at one of our partner garages located across Switzerland:
