Using All-in-one card
Your All-in-one card is used when:
- Changing tyres
- Submitting a tax bill
- Booking a service
- Reporting a mechanical issue covered by the warranty
- Managing your account
We’ve partnered with Pneu Egger and Adam Touring to provide you with the best-in-class tyres service. You’ll use the All-in-one (AIO) number on your All-in-one card when booking your appointment, and show the card at the partner garage when you arrive, before any work is done to the vehicle.
Submitting a tax bill
We will ask you to provide your All-in-one (AIO) contract number in your card when submitting a tax bill for payment.
Booking a service
All-in-one by gowago.ch provides you with all the necessary maintenance, repairs and wear-related work. You’ll be asked to provide the All-in-one (AIO) contract number on your All-in-one card when booking the appointment, and show your All-in-one card at the garage before any work is done to your car.
Reporting a mechanical issue covered by the warranty
Your car is covered by extended warranties from Mobile Garantie AG. You’ll provide the All-in-one (AIO) number on your All-in-one card when booking your appointment and show the card at the partner garage before any work is done to your car.
