Returning your car
You can return your car anytime after the minimum contract period with a 30 days notice period, or at the end of the maximum contract period. When the time comes you’ll have to return the car in a good condition at an agreed TCS location.
Returning your car
When you return the car, it has to be returned in a good condition. Most costs are covered by your Abo package, but you must ensure that any repair, service, tyre change is done prior to the return. If you fail to do so before the return date, your Abo package will not cover the costs.
How to return your carWe have partnered with TCS to arrange the return. We use their locations across Switzerland and their unbiased professional services to determine the condition of the car. The car must be returned in a good condition with no damage or scratches. Small paint damages such as dents with a diameter of less than 2 cm are not regarded as damage, but as normal wear and tear. The interior should also be clean and free of odours. In particular, smokers and/or animal owners should be particularly thorough here, in order to free the vehicle of traces of cigarette smoke, ashes or hair. Tyres must have a tread of at least 1.6 mm. You’ll have to return all the car documentation and both keys.
Where to return the carYou can return your car at any TCS location, but you must schedule an appointment with the All-in-one customer service prior. We can also pick up the car anywhere in Switzerland with an extra fee. Please contact All-in-one customer service at least 14 days in advance if you want to use this service.
Extra chargesA mileage allowance was agreed to as part of your Abo contract. If the total amount of kilometres was surpassed at the moment of the return you will have to pay a fee per extra kilometre. You can find the costs per extra kilometer in your contract. If the condition of the car is not as expected, you’ll be responsible for the repairs and corresponding fees.
