Extended warranty

Your car is covered by an extended warranty in the event of a mechanical issue or fault you didn’t cause. Your All-in-one package includes an additional warranty when the manufacturer’s warranty runs out so that you’re protected for the entire length of your All-in-one contract.

The warranty is provided by Mobile Garantie AG.

A short introduction to your extended warranty

Every car comes with extended platinum warranty cover. This protects your car after the manufacturer’s original warranty ends, and covers repairs for your car's major systems in case of a defect of fault.
Anything that breaks or fails during normal use is covered by the warranty. This includes:

  • Engine
  • Gearbox
  • Supercharging
  • Differentials
  • Transmission
  • Steering
  • Brakes
  • Fuel system
  • Electrical system
  • Cooling system
  • Comfort electronics
  • Exhaust system
  • Security systems

What to do in case of a fault or mechanical issue:

In the event of a fault or mechanical issue, please report the issue to an official garage of the manufacturer of your car within 5 days of discovering the problem, and always get an approval before arranging repairs.
Your car can be repaired at any official garage of the brand of your car. If the manufacturer’s warranty is still valid you can report a warranty claim directly with the brand of your car.

Find an official garage

If the manufacturer’s warranty is no longer valid your All-in-one subscription includes an extended warranty from Mobile Garantie AG provided by Fleet Service AG. The garage will need to contact Fleet Service AG, to validate the repairs. You will be asked to provide the All-in-one contract number (AIO) you can find on your All-in-one card.

Extended coverage and deductible

The extended warranty from Mobile Garantie AG includes the repair of the guaranteed parts by replacement or repair, and the labor charges according to the labor costs established by the manufacturer.

The costs of materials and parts are reimbursed up to a maximum allowance, that is calculated by the manufacturer's price recommendations and from the mileage of the damaged component at the time of repair.

The coverage is as follows:

  • Up to 50.000 km 100%
  • Up to 60.000 km 90%
  • Up to 70.000 km 80%
  • Up to 80.000 km 70%
  • Up to 90.000 km 60%
  • Up to 100.000 km 50%
  • More than 100.000 km 40%

You will be responsible for the remaining difference in the form of a deductible.
