Warranty and service

Yes, but only if your chosen garage is a an official service location for your car's brand. If you're not sure it is, contact us and we will help you find it out.

Yes, Road Assistance is provided by Baloise as a part of the insurance coverage.

Your car will be covered by warranty for the whole duration of your lease. The All-in-one warranty extension will cover the period that is not already covered by your manufacturer's warranty.

For example, let's take a car that has 12 months of manfucaturer's warranty left. If you lease it for 48 months, All-in-one warranty extension will cover the last 36 months of your lease, when your manufacturer's warranty has already expired.

Service and maintenance must be done according to the manufacturer's service interval and guidelines. You should get a notification on your car's information system when a next service is due. When in doubt, contact us and we will help you out.

Other inclusions

All-in-one includes summer and winter tyre replacements for every 30'000km you drive.

Contact us to check if you are eligible for tyre replacement. If you are, show your customer card at one of our tyre partner garages and you will get your tyres replaced at no extra cost. You will receive tyres that match the tyre dimension included in your All-in-one contract.

When you visit our partner garage to use one of the included services, show them your customer card beforhand. That way, you can be sure that the work that is carried out is covered by your contract and will be done at no extra cost to you.

All-in-one includes only premium tyres from manufactures such as Continental, Michelin, Pirelli etc. Contact us if you'd like to know which tyres are eligible for your car model.

You can change and store your tyres in one of our partner garages:

Insurance

gowago.ch full-casco insurance provided with All-in-one consists of multiple parts and has different deductibles:

  • 3rd party liability insurance (H1) with CHF 0 self coverage. Legal liability for personal injury and property damage caused by the insured vehicle.

  • Partial coverage (TK1) with deductible CHF 300 (CHF 0 in case of repair in a partner workshop). Damage to the insured vehicle caused by fire, natural hazards, malicious damage, painting and spraying, glass breakage, marten bites, collision with animals, theft, earthquakes or volcanic eruptions.

  • Collision insurance (KK1) with deductible CHF 500 (CHF 200 for repairs in a partner workshop). Damage caused by collision and scratching the vehicle.

The insurance is valid in Europe and in the countries bordering the Mediterranean, excluding:

  • Kosovo
  • the Russian Federation
  • Georgia
  • Armenia
  • Azerbaijan
  • Kazakhstan.

In the case of transport by sea, the insurance cover is not interrupted if the place of departure and destination are within this area.

All-in-one insurance cover (provided by Baloise) includes the following:

  • Roadside assitance in case of breakdowns
  • 3rd party liability insurance (0CHF deductible)
  • Full-casco insurance (0-200CHF deductible)
