What insurance is included in All-in-one?
All-in-one insurance cover (provided by Basler) includes:
- Roadside assitance in case of breakdowns
- 3rd party liability insurance
- Full-casco insurance
In which countries is the insurance included in All-in-one valid?
The insurance is valid in Europe and in the countries bordering the Mediterranean, excluding:
- Kosovo
- the Russian Federation
- Georgia
- Armenia
- Azerbaijan
- Kazakhstan
In the case of transport by sea, the insurance cover is not interrupted if the place of departure and destination are within this area.
Who can drive my car?
Thanks to our insurance partner, Baloise, friends, family, and guests with a driver’s licence valid in Switzerland can drive your car and benefit from the same insurance.
Is parking damage insured?
If you declare a damage caused whilst the car is parked, the claim will be handled as part of your collision insurance (KK1) with self coverage of CHF 1000 (CHF 700 for repairs in a partner workshop).
Where can I find my Baloise insurance contract number?
Your car is covered by gowago.ch's fleet insurance provided by Baloise Insurance. That means you don't have a personal insurance number.
If you have to contact Baloise directly because of a breakdown on the road you just have to provide them with your car license plate number.

Where can I get my car repaired?
In order to benefit from the reduced deductible, your car must be repaired by a Baloise partner.
Can I use my own insurance when getting an All-in-one lease through gowago.ch?
Not at the moment. Every All-in-one contract comes with a gowago.ch full-casco insurance. In cooperation with Basler, we offer you a comprehensive and collision insurance with exclusive savings only available to All-in-one customers.

Does All-in-one include roadside assistance?
Yes, Road Assistance is provided by Baloise as a part of the insurance coverage.
What happens if I have a breakdown on the road in Switzerland?
If you wish to return home or continue your travel:
If the car cannot be repaired the same day, your journey is organized with public transport (max. 1000 CHF per case) or by rental car of the same category as the insured vehicle (max. 5 days and 500 CHF per case).
Overnight accommodation is covered if the return trip is no longer possible on the same day. Up to 150 CHF per occupant per night with a combined maximum of 1200 CHF.
What happens if I have a breakdown on the road abroad?
If your car cannot be repaired within 5 days, your journey is organized with public transport (max. 1000 CHF per case) or by rental car of the same category as the insured vehicle (max. 5 days and 500 CHF per case).
The return transport of your vehicle is included.
Overnight accommodation is covered if the vehicle can be repaired within five days. Up to 150 CHF per occupant per night with a combined maximum of 1200 CHF.
How much will I have to pay for roadside assistance?
Roadside assistance and towing to a suitable nearby garage is included in Switzerland and limited to CHF 500 when you are abroad.
Can I arrange the roadside assistance or towing service myself?
You must contact Baloise to benefit from the services of your insurance.
Roadside assistance carried out by a provider that is not partnered with Baloise will not be fully covered by your insurance policy. Baloise will pay up to CHF 300 for roadside assistance carried out by a provider they are not partnered with.
In the event that you’re asked to pay for services, please send your receipt to All-in-one customer services so we can issue a refund to you.
