What All-in-one packages are available?
You can choose from 3 different packages to complement your lease.
The All-in-one Premium includes the following services:
- Insurance
- Service and maintenance
- Tyres
- Tyre changes and storage
- Vehicle tax
- Extended warranty
- Vignette
All-in-one Essentials includes:
- Insurance
- Service and maintenance

All-in-one Light includes

What is included in the All-in-one price?
You can choose from different packages that include all or some of the following services:
- Car lease
- Service and maintenance
- Extra tyres
- Tyre changes and storage
- Insurance
- Vehicle tax
- Guarantee
- Vignette
Can I switch All-in-one packages during my lease?
Yes, it’s possible to change your current All-in-one package for a different one. Please contact our team at all-in-one@gowago.ch and we will calculate the new All-in-one price based on your mileage and duration. If you change to an All-in-one package with fewer inclusions we will have to take into account costs already covered by gowago.
All-in-one customer card
When will I receive my All-in-one card?
Your All-in-one card will be sent to you through the mail within a week of you picking up your car.
How can I use the All-in-one customer card?
When you visit our partner garage to use one of the included services, show them your customer card beforehand. That way, you can be sure that the work that is carried out is covered by your contract and will be done at no extra cost to you.
Where should I keep my All-in-one card?
We recommend keeping your card in your car alongside the insurance documents, or in your wallet for safe keeping.
Why are some of the inclusions on the front of my All-in-one card unchecked?
On the front of your card you’ll find a list of inclusions such as ‘Service/Unterhalt’ and ‘Garantie’. This is for use by our partner garages when your car is being serviced, having tyres changed, or undergoing maintenance.
Every All-in-one subscription comes with an insurance policy, extended warranty, extra tyres and changes, vehicle tax, and servicing, even if they’re unchecked on your card. The check boxes just inform our partners who to contact.
I’ve lost my All-in-one card, what do I do?
Please contact our All-in-one customer service team at +41 44 505 11 18 or all-in-one@gowago.ch so we can send you a replacement.
Payment and costs
How can I pay for All-in-one?
After the delivery of your car, we will send you QR invoices by email. We recommend setting up an automatic payment in your e-banking account.
Am I still covered if I’m late with a payment?
If you are a few days late with your payment you will still be covered, but you must settle as soon as possible.
If you fail to pay your All-in-one invoice for 2 months, gowago.ch has the right to terminate the contract and start a debt collection process. In this case, the insurance provider will be notified and the cover of insurance is lost. This may result in the leasing contract being terminated by the leasing bank.
If you fail to pay your leasing instalment you will still owe the bank interest on arrears in the amount as well as compensation for further damage caused by the late payment. In addition, you will have to pay reminder fees of CHF 10.00 for a 1st reminder and CHF 20.00 for a 2nd and each subsequent reminder.
Who do I pay my monthly All-in-one subscription fees to?
You pay the All-in-one subscription costs monthly to gowago.ch. Your first payment is due prior to pick-up of the car. The following payments are due every month on the day noted as the start date on your All-in-one contract.
What If I can't pay the All-in-one costs anymore?
If you don't pay the All-in-one fees for 2 months, gowago.ch has the right to terminate the contract and start a debt collection process. In this case, the Insurance will be notified and the cover of Insurance Is lost. This may result in the leasing contract being terminated by the leasing bank.

Terms and conditions
Can I lease the car without All-in-one?
Yes, it is possible. However, All-in-one is a comparatively cheaper and more convenient way to lease and drive a car. That is why 97% of our customers choose the all-in-one package to save money and time on the road.
Can I cancel All-in-one before my contract has ended?
Yes, but there is a penalty for early cancellation of the contract. Please check the contract to see what it is in your case. You can also contact us for more information.

Can I cancel my All-in-one contract before I sign the leasing contract?
Yes, you still can cancel your All-in-one contract if something goes wrong before you have signed your leasing contract.
However, we will try everything we can to make sure no issues arise and that you receive a leasing contract that satisfies all of your needs.
Can I take All-in-one for a shorter time period than the lease duration?
Yes, your All-in-one contract can have a different duration than the leasing contract. However, when your All-in-one contract ends, you should extend it or get your own insurance to be able to continue driving your car.
Can I extend my All-in-one contract once my leasing contract ends and I buy my car?
Yes, when your lease ends, we can offer you a new All-in-one contract for your chosen duration and yearly mileage.
